Three New Jersey public-work opportunities to screen now
The point of Free Signal is not to give you a longer bid list. It is to help you decide quickly which opportunities deserve a closer look.
These three projects are active on the New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction contractor advertisement page as of October 2, 2026. Before spending estimating time, check the qualification and attendance gates below.

The 30-minute readiness check
For any public bid you are considering this week, confirm these four things before you burn estimating hours:
Your DPMC classification covers the required prime trade.
Every required classified subcontractor can be named when required.
Every mandatory pre-bid/site visit is on your calendar.
Your estimating team has enough time before the electronic Bid Express deadline.
Missing one gate can make an otherwise attractive opportunity irrelevant.
